Therefore, in the case of appearing the hidden failures of the used materials and technologies, in the scope of guarantee we provide the service of removing the failures, made after apartment taking over.
The failure must be appointed to Service Client Office in written form or by e-mail. Next it will be registered and submitted to Execution Department, where the independent Supervision Inspector will give the technical opinion. From the moment of acceptance the failure by inspector as the right one, it will be qualified as to be repaired and removed by General Executor of the Site within 30 days.
