Financial Security – Account of Separated Cash Inflows

This system provides flat buyers with a comfortable situation since they are not forced to pay for the premises over the construction period. This is Budimex who finances the investment and the buyer pays 90% of the flat value just before the acceptance of keys. In Budimex, the Clients pay for the product which is ready to use.
This solution is favourable in particular for those who at that time incur costs related to the hire or maintenance of the previous flat. It allows making a credit agreement later on and commencing the repayment of installments upon settling in a new housing estate. An asset of the system is also that you may have your 90% invested as long as the construction is not completed. Clients holding their capital in a form of the present flat will have enough time to sell it and collect the missing amount.
We have been able to offer such a favourable program due to our financial reliability and expertise in the performance of big projects. We perform the investments thanks to own resources and investment credits. Buyers of the flats are not charged with the credit risk. Our agreements with banks include indemnification clauses protecting our Clients who pursuant to it shall in each case obtain a flat free from any encumbrances. The equity and resources from shareholders, which the company disposes with, amount to 640 million zlotys. We perform all the projects on time and with a good financial result, due to which we are a reliable partner to the banks. Resources obtained from credits as well as payments from the Clients against the agreements made are collected on accounts of separated inflows controlled by the bank which finances the investment. These funds are intended to finance this particular investment only, due to which we guarantee a financial security of entrusted money.”
